![]() SUMC Daily Devotion (6-3-2020) by Pastor Jerry “Do not worry about tomorrow.” -Matthew 6:34 Worry is a misuse of our imagination. Worry is a habit. The antidote to worry is to have faith. Instead of being paralyzed by fear and anxiety, let us walk in faith that with God’s help, we can take one day at a time. Instead of worrying about tomorrow, let us do our best to prepare for tomorrow and leave the rest to God. “Yesterday is gone. Tomorrow may never be mine. Help me today, Lord, show me the way. One day at a time.” Today’s prayer: Dear Lord, we realize that life is unpredictable, fragile, and short. Help us to celebrate little things in life one day at a time. Amen. 1.
