                        “When I am afraid, I will put my trust in Thee” – Psalms 56:3

     If a hungry wolf is charging at us, we would be afraid. But if we have a powerful rifle with us, the table would be turned. A Hebrew poet wrote that he would put his trust in God when he was afraid. What an encouraging message for us! We are not alone. God is with us. God is our refuge and strength. With God on our side, we can face reality and overcome life’s challenges.

Prayer for coronavirus patients and their families, Dear Lord, we hear that there are over 120,000 coronavirus patients in the U.S. They are fighting for their lives and their families are worried. We pray that they may find comfort and strength in you. Amen.
