                            “Do not worry about tomorrow.”  - Matthew 6:34

Anxiety, fear, and worry are natural human emotions. They are our built-in survival mechanisms. However, unbridled anxiety, fear, and worry will have a negative effect on our physical and emotional health. Jesus offers words of wisdom that will help us to cope with anxiety and fear. Jesus said, “Do not worry for tomorrow. Take one day at a time. Trust God. God will provide. God will take care you.” Do your best and God will do the rest.

Prayer for truck drivers: Dear Lord, we thank you for truck drivers. They are the bloodline of our country. They drive long hours to supply what we need for our survival. Bless truck drivers and their families!
