Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,
Peace be with you! We will rise above the storm. Pastor Jerry Spiritual Vitamins (4/10/2020) by Pastor Jerry Cho “Do not merely look out for your own personal interests, but also for the interests of others.” - Philippians 2:4 I heard Jerry Springer close his show by saying, “Take care of yourself and take care of each other.” Although Jerry Springer is not St. Paul, what he said resonates with what Jesus and St. Paul said: “Love yourself. Love one another.” By taking care of ourselves, we love other people. By taking care of one another, we love ourselves. We are inter-connected with one another in the web of life. Today’s prayer for frontline healthcare workers: Dear Lord, we pray for frontline healthcare workers. They risk their lives while saving other people’s lives. They are the bright stars in the dark night of this pandemic. We pray for them and their patients. Amen. 1. God may be subtle, but He is never malicious. -Albert Einstein 2. One cannot give to others what he does not possess. – Robert Beavers 3. I would never have amounted to anything were it not for adversity. I was forced to come up the hard way. – J.C.
